My name is Wadnes J. Castelly. I'm a first-generation Haitian-American from New Jersey. I earned my B.S. in Marketing with a concentration in Entrepreneurship & minor in Video Production from Rutgers University.

My professional background is in marketing where I have 5+ years of experience within the digital media, entertainment, and consumer technology industry. I help B2C companies develop concise, value-centric messaging that drive revenue growth and adoption of products that impact the lives of people.

I've helped companies like HYPEBEAST and Spotify scale to 7-figure annual growth through building impactful brand partnerships, by developing and delivering integrated marketing programs and advertising campaigns for Fortune 500 brands.

I'm a strong advocate of DEI practices through my involvement with social impact organizations that support the advancement of underrepresented communities. In 2020, I was elected the youngest board member to serve on the All Stars Project Board of Directors. My personal mission is to use my platform to open doors that provide career exposure and economic pathways for underserved youths and marginalized communities.
